How to sleep like a baby ... when you're expecting one
Two clever ways to get comfy:#1: Side-sleep
Ingredients:
- one towel
- six pillows
- one blanket
Step 1: Place a folded towel under your bump.
Step 2: Place a pillow between your knees.
Tip: You can also try two pillows in one pillowcase.
Step 3: Place a pillow behind your back.
Step 4: Hug a pillow.
Step 5: Place a rolled blanket under your neck.
#2: Almost-back sleeping
Ingredients:
- six pillows
Step 1: Place two pillows behind your back and under your head.
Step 2: Place two pillows under your knees.
Tip: Position pillows so your heels touch the bed.
Step 3: Place one pillow under each arm.
Sleep like a baby!
Don’t stress about your position. Snoozing on either side or propped half-sitting is fine. Getting sleep is the most important thing.
