Baby-led weaning means letting your baby feed herself.You can start baby-led weaning from around six months.
Warning! It will be messy.
Step 1: Protect your baby.

Step 3: You may also want protect yourself!
Step 4: Put food directly on the [highchair] tray.

Tips for baby-led weaning:
- Always stay with your baby when she’s eating.
- Offer well-steamed veg [vegetables] ... or soft fruit.
- Don’t forget your camera.
